I think the fusible fleece is a bit thick, it might be better to use mid-weight woven fusible interfacing instead of the fusible fleece.
Fold the dart, matching up the lines as best as you can. Slowly sew along the marked line.
Fold the strap pieces in half, wrong sides together to make a crease.
Then fold each edge in toward the middle and press.
Stitch along both long edges of the strip, 3㎜ (1/8″) from the edge.
Feed the strap through the hole of the Swivel Snap Hook.
Attach your strap to the back main panel.
Cut a small piece of fabric into the shape of an ear of cat and place the right sides together of the small pieces and sew with an allowance of about 1㎝(3/8″).
Turn right side out the ear-shaped fabric and sew it on the back main panel.
Cut the interfacing into the shape of the pattern.
Fuse the fusible fleece, centered, to the wrong side.
Place the right sides together of the flap fabrics and sew 3 sides with an allowance of about 1㎝(3/8″).
Clip the round seams and turn it right side out. Press and topstitch around all the edges.
Place the flap on the right side of the back main panel and sew.
Place the right sides together of the outer fabrics and sew with an allowance of about 1㎝(3/8″).
Use the same process to sew the linings.
Place and pin the outer layer and lining with the right sides together.
Sew with an allowance of about 1㎝(3/8″), leaving an opening.
Turn it right side out by pulling the fabric through the opening.
Topstitch all the way around of the top of the pouch entrance.
Attach the plastic snap buttons.
You are finished!!!
