Draw the wet wipe opening on the front main fabric.
Place the main fabric and lining with right sides together, and stitch along the shape of the opening.
Turn it right side out through the hole, press it well with an iron, and topstitch around the opening.
Bind the top edge of the mesh fabric with bias tape, then sew it onto the inside of the main fabric.
Place the front cover pocket on the inside of the front pocket, and finish the perimeter of the front pocket with bias tape.
Position the front cover on the right side of the main front panel and stitch along the bottom edge.
Attach the zipper to the zipper panel and sew the handle with 10㎝(4″) spacing.
Sandwich the zipper panel between the outer and lining of the bottom panel, then stitch both ends.
Turn the completed side panel right side out and baste the edges of the outer fabric and lining together.
Mark the quarter points on both the main fabric and the side panel.
Align these marks and sew them together with a 0.7㎝(1/4″) seam allowance.
Finish the raw seam allowances by binding them with bias tape.
Finally, make and attach the shoulder straps to complete the bag.
