Make Your Own Double Zip Pencil Case – Beginner Friendly

◆ Main Panel
① 36㎝ × 26㎝ (14⅛″ × 10¼″) Outer layer

① 34㎝ × 24㎝ (13½″ × 9½″) Fusible fleece
◆ Zipper panel
② 24㎝ × 3.5㎝ (9½″ × 1⅜″) Outer layer
② 24㎝ × 3.5㎝ (9½″ × 1⅜″) Lining
② 22㎝ × 1.5㎝ (8¾″ × 5/8″) Fusible fleece
① 24㎝ × 3㎝ (9½″ × 1¼″) Outer layer

① 22㎝ × 1㎝ (8¾″ × 3/8″) Fusible fleece
◆ Inside pocket
② 24㎝ × 21㎝ (9½″ × 8¼″) Lining

① 48㎝(19″) Roll Zipper #3
Cut the interfacing into the shape of the pattern.
Fuse the fusible fleece, centered, to the wrong side.
Split the zippers and place them on the right side of the zipper panel and sew them together.
Sew the right sides of the pocket lining to the 24cm x 3cm (9½″ x 1¼″) zipper panel, leaving 1.5㎝(5/8″) on both sides.
Sew the right sides of the 24cm x 3.5cm (9½″ x 1⅜″) zipper panel to the other end of the lining.
Insert the zipper head to join the zipper.
Place the both ends of the completed zipper panel with both ends of the main panel.
Sew only outer layer.
Sew both sides of the pocket lining.
Assemble the Main panel and Zipper panel.
Turn it right side out by pulling the fabric through the opening.
And sew up this opening.
You are finished.
